Job Description Job Description Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service updates. Additionally, you will make outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather further information. You will provide scripted product knowledge across multiple home improvement categories and accurately enter customer data into CRM systems. Your role involves identifying opportunities to connect customers with sales representatives and escalating complex inquiries to higher-level agents or supervisors as needed. Maintaining professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced call environment is crucial. Responsibilities Assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service updates via inbound calls. Make outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments and gather additional information. Provide scripted product knowledge across multiple home improvement categories. Accurately and efficiently enter customer data into CRM systems. Identify opportunities to connect customers with sales representatives. Escalate complex inquiries to higher-level agents or supervisors as appropriate. Maintain professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced call environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
