The Department of Pediatric Allergy/Immunology at University
Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's is in search of an
Allergist/Immunologist to help continue with our excellent patient
care. Appointment at the level of Clinical Instructor, Assistant
Professor, Associate Professor or full Professor is available
commensurate with experience.
This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals interested in
providing both pediatric and adult allergy and immunology patient
care in an engaging and collaborative environment. Our faculty
participate in clinical care, research including clinical trials,
and education of fellows, residents, and students. UH Rainbow
Babies and Children's Hospital was the first Midwest center to be
designated as a Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center for Primary
Immunodeficiencies and houses our dedicated Inborn Errors of
Immunity Clinic. The division is developing a new Food Allergy
Center, and our faculty includes a food allergy psychologist and an
excellent ancillary team dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment
of food allergies. Opportunities are also available for
institutional start-up support to grow research careers for
qualified candidates.
Academic appointment, rank and salary will be commensurate with
qualifications and primary board certification. Compensation is
highly competitive.
