services to students in a K-12 school setting in Lakewood, OH. The

Responsibilities: - Deliver occupational therapy services to a
caseload of approximately 25 students across kindergarten through
12th grade. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
tailored to each students specific needs. - Collaborate with
educators, families, and other service providers to optimize
student outcomes. - Accurately complete documentation to support
Medicaid billing and compliance. - Maintain adherence to state
licensure requirements and school district policies.
Qualifications: - Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in
Ohio. - Experience working in a school setting with K-12 students
preferred. - Ability to bill Medicaid efficiently and accurately. -
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
with educational teams. - Commitment to start in March and continue
through the remainder of the academic year. Location and Schedule:
- Position is based in Lakewood, Ohio. - Part-time, 2.5 days per
week, totaling 18.75 hours weekly. - Contract position covering a
