waiting for you! As an AT&T Customer Service Representative,
you will be in charge of: Provide excellent customer service and
educate business owners on AT&T's telecommunications offerings.
Support B2B marketing and brand awareness initiatives to achieve
revenue and market share targets set by senior AT&T Customer
Service Representatives. Work with the AT&T Customer Service
Representative and brand awareness team to understand target
audience preferences and create brand strategies that meet those
needs. Develop expertise in AT&T products and services to
effectively answer questions and address objections. Partner with
account management, sales, and AT&T Customer Service
Representative teams to stay informed about new products and
services. Foster a positive work environment by organizing weekly
team-building activities and events.
