Full-TimeOverviewPrimary Function:The Analyst is responsible for
reporting his/her/they Bureau State(s) to the correct reporting
agent such as, CDX, NCCI, or Direct to the state bureau. The
Analyst is responsible for reviewing the requirements and manuals
of their bureau state and working with various internal sources
(Claims, Underwriting, Audit, and Proof of Coverage (POC)) to pull
the most accurate data for submission. Teamwork and Growth:The
Analyst will need to work with our data sources and build
relationships with key individuals to improve workflow and
accuracy. Assist our team members by extending knowledge,
experience and time if needed. Take the time to learn the AmTrust
products and how product changes affect job responsibilities. Make
improvements in the processes and procedures as AmTrust
grows.Responsibilities* Take ownership of their assigned Bureau
State(s) and work timely to meet statutory deadlines (Internal
deadline is reporting by the 19th month from the effective date of
the policy).* Understand what the request is asking for and
communicate those expectations to Agents, Underwriting, Claims,
Audit, and POC.* Monitor assignments to keep ahead of due dates.*
Review and analyze the data to make sure it makes sense.* Document
the due diligence and create a spreadsheet for errors, monthly
assignment sheets, & resolution of errors.* Know the consequences
for late or inaccurate reporting.* Know how to check fines prior to
them being due. Resolve prior to due date.* Notify Manager if a
unit will be late and prepare option to eliminate any fines, this
should be discussed prior to due date.* Work together with your
team to make sure the team stays on track.* Maintain all
documentation relative to your Bureau State(s).* Be open to change
as AmTrust grows (be willing to take on additional
responsibilities).* Create manual for manager to follow and/or
test.* Set up meeting with manager for any efficiency improvement
or concerns, etc.* Need intermediate excel skills such as, VLOOKUP,
pivot, and filter.QualificationsTasks:* NCCI Older Outstanding*
