Job Description:

Position Overview: This person would be responsible for greeting guest that enter the building. Answering phones, assist with orders/delivers, offer office support, and manage meeting space and office calendars.

Shift: 9:00a.m.-5:00p.m., Monday through Friday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Positive Guest Experiences
  • Answer phones and return messages timely
  • Assist with of general office equipment and needs
  • Manage conference room booking
  • Labels - daily lunch menu
  • Event labels, station signage, and special request printing
  • Assist with the coordination of tastings
  • Weekly inventory and ordering
  • Coding invoices
  • Birthday cards
  • Oversee building tidiness and environment needs
  • Assist with reporting, communicating and monitoring building maintenance or related issues
  • Assist HR team with Orientation
  • Assist with special request projects as needed
  • Basecamp - Proof business cards as needed

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Well versed in managing incoming calls simultaneously on multiple line phone system. Being able to direct calls to appropriate division or team member
  • Committed to provide exceptional customer service to clients and coworkers
  • Ability to multi task and knowledge of office and clerical procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook Calendar preferred
  • Prior administrative and customer service experience also preferred
