A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Assistant Operations I in Troy, MI. The Assistant Operations I would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. If you are interested in this Assistant Operations I position, please contact Sawyer at sbollitier@alinestaffing.com Assistant Operations I Compensation The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Assistant Operations I Highlights This position is a contract assignment due to a leave of absence, with potential to convert to a permanent role based on budget— not guaranteed The required availability for this position is Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (4x10 schedule with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute unpaid lunch) This is a safety-sensitive position Copy of resume must be submitted for consideration Assistant Operations I Responsibilities Assist pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in packaging customer medication orders for shipment Maintain and stock supplies in the warehouse area in a clean and organized fashion Retrieve, organize, and prepare shipping documents and labels for order picking Assist in packing and shipping of medications and other pharmacy-related materials Receive non-pharmaceutical inventory at the loading dock Operate within standard warehouse and pharmacy practices with strict adherence to safety Assistant Operations I Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Must be able to reach, twist, turn, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods (up to 10 hours/day) Basic computer knowledge required Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Preferred Qualifications Previous warehouse, packaging, or pharmacy operations experience Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Team-oriented with attention to detail Work Environment Notes: Warehouse is air-conditioned May be exposed to hazardous materials when handling returned goods Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities If you think this Assistant Operations I position is a good fit for you, please reach out to me—feel free to call, e-mail, or apply to this posting!
