Real Estate Associate - Transactional Expert We are seeking a
highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Associate to join our
dynamic team. As a key member of our Real Estate practice group,
you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to
our clients and driving business growth. Responsibilities: •
Provide transactional support for commercial real estate matters,
including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and commercial
leasing • Conduct thorough due diligence and analysis of real
estate transactions • Draft and review documents, including
purchase agreements, leases, and loan documents • Collaborate with
senior attorneys and other team members to ensure seamless delivery
of services • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of real
estate market trends and industry developments Requirements: • At
least 4 years of transactional experience in commercial real estate
• Proven track record of successfully navigating complex real
estate transactions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize
