Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior SailPoint Developer to join our Platform Engineering team. This key role involves designing, developing, and supporting SailPoint Identity Governance solutions, with a primary focus on application onboarding and identity lifecycle management. As a SailPoint Developer, you’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, design custom solutions, and ensure seamless integration of SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications. If you’re a self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of SailPoint, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact! Key Responsibilities: Custom Identity Governance Solutions: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their specific needs and design tailored identity governance solutions using SailPoint IIQ. System Configuration & Workflow Design: Create configuration and workflow designs that address both functional and technical requirements, ensuring the solution aligns with business goals. SailPoint IIQ Development: Develop custom solutions, such as integrations, workflows, identity lifecycle management, and role-based access control (RBAC) implementations, leveraging SailPoint IIQ. User Provisioning & Access Management: Implement policies and solutions for user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management, ensuring efficient and secure processes. Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing of solutions, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring all features meet functional specifications and work seamlessly. Application Onboarding & Integrations: Design and implement application onboarding processes, integrating SailPoint IIQ with enterprise applications or systems for efficient identity management. User Lifecycle Management: Develop custom workflows for managing the user lifecycle within applications onboarded to SailPoint IIQ. Performance Optimization & Security: Identify areas for optimization within the system, focusing on performance improvements, scalability, and security enhancements. Continuous Improvement: Develop new functionalities and improvements to enhance system effectiveness and meet evolving business needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. At least 4 years of professional experience working with the SailPoint Identity Platform. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
