Job Title: – Mortgage Technical Writer Job Location: Cincinnatti, OH (onsite) Job Type: Contract Compensation: $35-40/hr General Job Description: We are seeking an Experienced Technical Writer with Mortgage or Loan Industry experience. Detail-oriented professional with experience supporting enterprise-level content management programs within highly regulated environments. Skilled in drafting, revising, and maintaining internal process documentation, customer communications, policies, and procedures. Proven ability to partner with line-of-business (LOB) teams and governance stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and organizational access to current and historical content. Job Requirements: Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicates with senior management team. Develops and maintains close relationships with LOB, key partners, and stakeholders. SME level expert on assigned LOB content. Collaborate with LOB and governance partners to drive content improvements and escalate issues, as needed.
