detailed cutover plans, including dry runs, validation steps,
fallback procedures, and command center coordination. Oversee
functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) specific
to imaging workflows and systems. Ensure effective coordination
between radiologists, modality teams, PACS administrators, and IT
operations throughout the testing and go-live process. Identify and
mitigate risks related to system stability, data integrity, and
user workflow disruption. Maintain clear, proactive communication
with all stakeholders regarding timelines, status, issues, and
decisions. Support post-cutover stabilization efforts and lessons
learned documentation. Qualifications: Required: 10 years of
hands-on experience managing PACS implementations, including full
lifecycle project leadership. Prior experience with Visage Imaging

knowledge of imaging workflows, DICOM standards, and integration
with RIS, EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner). Exceptional project
management skills, including development of detailed plans, risk
management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills; able to lead meetings, present to
leadership, and drive consensus. Preferred: PMP or similar project
management certification. Familiarity with cloud or hybrid PACS
architecture. Clinical or technical background in radiology or
enterprise imaging (RT, PACS Admin, Imaging Informatics Specialist,
etc.). Experience working in a PMO or matrixed organizational
structure.
