at the location detailed in the job post. Eaton’s Corporate
division is currently seeking a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition
Consultant. This role can be based at Eaton's Beachwood, OH
location or remotely within the US. The Sr. Executive TA Consultant
will own and drive the end-to-end executive recruitment process.
This includes leading search in take calls, scoping position
success profiles, leading research efforts to identify talent,
conducting candidate interviews and managing interview process
through to offer acceptance. Reporting to the Global ETA Director,
you will be part of the global executive TA function for Eaton
($27.4B NYSE:ETN). You will partner across the enterprise to
deliver a “best in class” end-to-end executive recruiting and
hiring experience for your internal clients and candidates.
Essential Responsibilities: • Ability to manage 10 –15 executive
level reqs consistently. Coordinate and lead kick off calls for new
searches, determine clear strategy and alignment on position
success profile with hiring team • Oversee research initiatives to
identify qualified candidates and gather market intelligence; build
a robust executive talent pipeline and provide key stakeholders
with informed counsel on market trends and insights identified. •
Source, engage, and evaluate executive leadership candidates
according to search qualifications, assessing both leadership
competencies and readiness for organizational scale. • Guide and
support hiring teams throughout the search process, utilizing data
effectively to ensure that we not only attract top-tier talent but
also maintain a comprehensive understanding of market challenges
and talent availability gaps. • Partner closely with hiring to
design interview process as well interview stakeholders; coordinate
interview scheduling activities for end-to-end process • Collect
and disseminate feedback from candidates and hiring teams • Partner
with Executive Compensation to provide data that will enable Eaton
to negotiate complex offer packages consisting of both short-term
and long-term items, leading the offer communication process
directly with candidates • Initiate, coordinate, and manage the
Executive Leadership Assessment program • Build and maintain a
robust network of trusted internal and external relationships,
driving results across a matrixed environment Additional
Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications: Required
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 10 years of executive recruitment experience and/or
relevant experience; including recruitment of SVP and C Suite level
positions • Eaton will not consider applicants for employment

recruiting in an executive search firm or corporate environment •
Experience recruiting across functions for industrial,
manufacturing organizations Skills: Position Success Criteria: •
Strong client-facing and advisory capabilities; the Senior ETA
Consultant is a trusted advisor to their internal hiring teams and
candidates • Deep knowledge of executive recruiting techniques,
recruitment process development, and sourcing methods (executive
referrals, research, direct sourcing, and internet search) •
Operates with a high sense of urgency and excellent communication
skills • Consultative and adaptable leadership style • Excellent
negotiation and sales skills • Excellent relationship management

will be evaluated based on job-related competencies, and all

for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This role is also
eligible for a variable incentive
