Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n RN - Stepdown /n/n Job Details: /n • Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process /n• Implement nursing process by delivering effective relationship-based nursing care /n• Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that result in safe practice and positive care outcomes /n• Maintain clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations /n• Work on 30-bed stepdown unit caring for medical and surgical patients /n• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6 /n• Floating requirement to inpatient areas including SDU, MCU, West Medical, West Surgical, and ED for boarded patients /n• May also float to Tripoint Medical Center areas including TP ST, TP MT, TP CCU, and ED for boarded patients /n• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH /n• Perform RN duties as assigned /n• Contribute to professional practice of nursing and display leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes /n/n Facility: /n This medical center is a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides quality patient care across multiple service lines.
