High-risk obstetrics / maternal-fetal Setting: Clinic / Hospital /
Regional MFM Service Line Responsibilities: Provide physician
leadership and oversight of the Maternal Fetal Medicine service
line Deliver comprehensive care for high-risk pregnancies including
diagnostic, consultative, and management services Collaborate with
OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and specialty teams to coordinate care
Guide program development, quality initiatives, and service line
growth Partner with administrative and clinical leadership in a
dyad leadership model Mentor and educate medical students and
residents Support goals related to quality, service excellence,
engagement, and financial stewardship Required Procedures:
Diagnostic and consultative MFM evaluations High-risk pregnancy
management Advanced maternal-fetal assessments and interventions
EMR System: Not specified Support Staff: OB/GYN Medical Directors,
Administrative & Clinical Directors, Women’s & Children’s Services
team Days Per Month: Full-time On-Call/Weekends: Shared call
coverage Mostly phone consults with hospital visits as needed
Submission Requirements: Board Certified in OB/GYN Board Certified
in Maternal Fetal Medicine Active Michigan license (or willing to
obtain) DEA BLS & ACLS Minimum 5 years MFM practice experience
(post-training) Leadership experience preferred Clean malpractice
history preferred NPDB self-query within 30 days Visa support
status required (H1B accepted, J1 not accepted) No locums or new
