Job Description Neurologist – Full-Time OpportunityLocation:
Ashtabula, OhioSetting: Outpatient-focused neurology

Date: Flexible Clinical Details Schedule: Full-time (negotiable)
Patient Volume: 15–20 patients/day (non-negotiable) On-Call: 10
days/month Patient Population: 100% adult Practice Breakdown: 95%
outpatient 5% inpatient 0% rehab / 0% sleep (sleep optional if
desired) Trauma cases: 0–5% Support Staff: 1 EMG Tech 1 LPN Shared
receptionist Group Size: 50 physicians, 10 APPs
Procedures/Equipment: EMG onsite Lab & X-ray onsite EMR: Epic
Residency Requirement: Must live within 40 miles or be willing to
relocate Visa Candidates: H-1B and J-1 accepted Compensation &
Benefits Base Salary: Competitive (discussed at interview) Sign-On
Bonus: Negotiable Relocation Assistance: Provided Contract
Structure: Years 1–2: Guaranteed base bonus incentive Year 3:
Productivity model bonus incentive CME: $5,000 annual allowance
