our nursing team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

Vermilion, Ohio. What You’ll Do as an RN Unit Supervisor Lead,
mentor, and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing assistants on your
unit Coordinate and oversee individualized resident care plans to
ensure high-quality outcomes Monitor compliance with Ohio nursing
regulations, infection control, and patient safety standards
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team
members to deliver resident-centered care Communicate openly with
residents and families, offering support and updates with
professionalism Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and
foster a positive, team-oriented environment What You’ll Need
Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license Prior nursing leadership
or supervisory experience strongly preferred (Charge Nurse, RN
Supervisor, etc.) Skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior care
background a plus Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and
leadership skills Excellent communication and team-building
abilities Dedication to supporting residents with dignity, respect,
