Clinical Manager, you will be at the helm of our clinical
operations, ensuring their effectiveness, quality, and compliance.
Your leadership will set the tone for a highly professional and

exceptional care. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Leadership: Develop
and execute a visionary clinical strategy in alignment with the
agency's mission and goals. Collaborate with the executive team to
establish clear clinical objectives and priorities. Provide strong
leadership to clinical staff, fostering a culture of excellence,
empathy, and client-centered care. Program Development and
Compliance: Design and oversee comprehensive mental health programs
that address client needs while meeting regulatory and industry
standards. Ensure that all clinical services and treatment
decisions are made in the best interest of clients. Monitor and
evaluate programs for compliance with federal and state laws,
agency policies, and industry regulations. Initiate program
modifications and improvements as necessary. Performance
Management: Set and communicate clear productivity goals for
clinical staff and ensure consistent achievement or surpassing of
these targets. Provide documented supervision, mentorship, and
ongoing training to clinical team members. Conduct performance
evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance staff
competencies. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment
that promotes staff engagement and professional growth.
Documentation and Quality Assurance: Oversee the accurate and
timely recording of clinical documentation in the Electronic Health
Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with organizational
policies and procedures. Coordinate or conduct scheduled and
unscheduled internal evaluations and reviews to drive continuous
quality improvement and utilization management. Ensure that all
clinical services are delivered in a friendly, considerate manner,
aligned with the organization's values, patient care philosophy,
and ethical standards. QUALIFICATIONS An active and unrestricted
LISW-S or LPCC-S licensure required. 3 years leadership experience
(managing teams) Must be certified within 90 days of hire on First
Aid, CPR, and De-escalation Training. Must maintain a current and
valid Ohio or Michigan drivers license, a good driving record,
adequate insurance and be willing to use personal care to perform
job duties Must be analytical and solutions-oriented. Ability to
work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS Standing: Maintaining an upright position on the feet,
especially for prolonged periods of time Pushing: Applying pressure
and exerting force against an object for the purpose of moving it
forward or away from the source of the force push or pull force up
to 35 lbs. Lifting: Raising an object from a lower to a higher
position, or moving an object laterally, from position to
position-Required to lift up to 50 lbs of force independently. May
be required to lift over 50 lbs with assistance of another person
or a mechanical lift. Stooping: Bending the body forward and down
from the waist, hips and knees, sometimes for a prolonged length of
time. Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction away
from the body Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent
falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or
moving surfaces Ability to safely operate a personal motor vehicle
on a weekly basis and comply with the Company's Vehicle Safety
