Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
Occupational Therapist position is available to serve a K-12 school
setting, providing essential therapy services for a leave
replacement contract. This role requires an Ohio-licensed OT to
work 2.5 days per week (18.75 hours), supporting a caseload of
approximately 25 students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The
position begins in March and continues through the remainder of the
academic year. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy
services to K-12 students according to individualized education
plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school
staff to support student progress. Conduct evaluations and document
therapy sessions ensuring compliance with school and Medicaid
billing requirements. Manage and maintain caseload of approximately
25 students. Bill Medicaid accurately and efficiently as part of
service delivery. Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy
license in Ohio. Experience working with school-age children,
ideally in K-12 settings. Knowledge of Medicaid billing regulations
and ability to process claims. Strong communication skills and
ability to work collaboratively in a school environment.
Availability to start in March and commit to the leave contract for
the remainder of the school year. Location: Medina, Ohio This
