required License: LSW/LPCC Certifications: None specified
Must-Have: Must hold LSW/LPCC Description: Work with an
interdisciplinary mental health treatment team. Complete
screenings, including detailed mental health screens. Conduct
individual and group clinical interventions as prescribed in the
individual mental health treatment plan. Utilize clinical
intervention strategies within the scope of practice and as
directed by supervision. Provide psychosocial group interventions
as prescribed in the mental health treatment plan. Deliver mental
health liaison services to an assigned caseload, including
monitoring offender progress with mental health treatment plan
goals. Complete psychosocial needs and treatment assessments as
part of interdisciplinary treatment planning. Provide and seek
information related to patient care and treatment. Make appropriate
community referrals as per the mental health treatment team. Write
reports and documentation, including electronic documentation of
all inmate contacts. Record mental health liaison progress notes,
discharge plans, and miscellaneous forms and reports as needed, in
accordance with policy and protocol. Attend meetings for social
work or counselor supervision. Requirements Required for Onboarding
