with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Cleveland, Ohio, 44195! The Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse
provides direct patient care to adult patients with a wide range of
medical and surgical conditions. The nurse monitors and interprets
telemetry rhythms, administers medications, coordinates care with
the medical team, and ensures safe, high-quality patient care. 5
