LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Hospitalist MD in Ohio! About The Position We are seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for a locum tenens opportunity in Ohio. This 6-day assignment starts on Sep 8, 2025, with day shifts running from 6am-6pm. The primary responsibilities include rounding and admitting in a pediatric setting without the need for procedures due to full pediatric subspecialty backup. Job Details - Location: Ohio - Start Date: Sep 8, 2025 - LOA: 6 days - Provider Type Needed: Pediatric Hospitalist - Schedule: Day shifts, 6am-6pm Responsibilities and Duties - Provide care in a general pediatric unit. - Conduct rounding and admissions for pediatric patients. - Collaborate with a team of 10 Pediatric Hospitalists and residents. - Manage patient care without the need to perform procedures, supported by a full range of pediatric subspecialties. - Utilize the EMR system, Epic, to maintain accurate patient records. Additional Information - Required Board Certifications: Pediatrics, Pediatric Hospital Medicine - Must hold a valid DO license for Ohio. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required.
