to midnight, Monday through Friday), you'll work alongside a
dedicated team, using your expertise to help maintain and repair
equipment, assist in engineering projects, and ensure that tools

2nd (2 pm to midnight Monday through Friday) Salary: $26-$30 based
on experience Job description Manufactures tools and fixtures for
other manufacturing departments as required. Manufactures parts for
machine repair as required. Performs complete machine setups.
Performs preventive maintenance on tool room equipment. Accurately
reads blueprints. Accurately utilizes micrometers, calipers and
tool room support gauging and equipment. Maintains machine tools
and equipment in a safe operating condition and is always mindful
of potential safety hazards. Procures parts, equipment and services
from venders and processes necessary paperwork for purchasing of
components. Follows all general safety rules, procedures and
regulations. Assists engineering with new job development. Assists
engineering with bill of material updates. Works closely with Tool
Room Attendant, Operators and Engineers Reworks and builds new
dies. Is trained on and becomes familiar with ISO9001 / IATF16949 /
ISO14001 processes and work instructions relative to the tooling
department. Performs tool inspection and layout to ensure that
tools meet specifications. Knowledge and utilization of lock out /
tag out procedure, follows machine safety regulations at all times
and ensure that guards and other safety equipment are in place
before operating machine. Does limited development work such as
laying out and manufacturing new tools. Understands our
Environmental Policy, our significant environmental aspects, their
contribution to the Environmental Management System and the
implications of not conforming to our Environmental Management
System. Understands our Quality Policy, our relevant quality
objectives, their contribution to our Quality Management System and
the implications of not conforming to our Quality Management
System. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED equivalent 2 years
of Tool Making experience Mechanical aptitude Ability to pass a
