Job Description:

The Robot Simulation Engineer is responsible for supporting the design team with validation of robot selection, movements, updates and validation. Will provide technical documentation for system installation and integration as pertaining to robot and tooling placement. Additional duties may include field support during startup and program motification. 5 plus years of experience utilizing Process Simulate, Delmia or RobcadUnderstanding of the Automotive Manufacturing/General Assembly ProcessMicrosoft Office Products Experience2D/3D layout experience using Solidworks, Catia or AutoCAD a plusBody In White simulation experience preferredTooling designs validation and process design experienceExcellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environmentSound judgment and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadline Physical demands-prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerSome travel may be requiredPI206604803
