A-Line Staffing is now hiring Case Managers ??? Remote. If you

posting! Case Manager Compensation The pay for this position is
$20.00 per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after
90 days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available
for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility
dates Case Manager Highlights The required availability for this
position is Monday???Friday, 8:00am???5:00pm CST 100% Remote
position Mandatory attendance is required during training; no time
off or pre-scheduled appointments will be allowed Full-time (40
hours/week) Case Manager Responsibilities Manage the care process
from benefit investigation to medication delivery Conduct benefit
verifications and coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and
insurers Assist with insurance requirements, prior authorizations,
and appeals Help patients understand coverage and out-of-pocket
costs Respond to patient concerns and inquiries regarding their
support requests Process enrollments via phone, fax, and
electronically Handle inbound calls and provide one-call
resolutions when possible Review and enter documentation accurately
into the database Remain current on payer guidelines including
Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans Case Manager Requirements
2???4 years of experience in a patient-facing or customer service
role Robust computer skills including data entry and MS Office Must
have a quiet, private workspace and high-speed wired internet High
School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Case Manager Preferred Qualifications Experience with Hub or
Patient Support Services Familiarity with Medicare (A, B, C, D),
Medicaid, and commercial payer policies Knowledge of pharmaceutical
therapies and medication adherence challenges Strong communication,
