In this role, you will install equipment according to an established schedule for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both commercial and residential heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. This role would be ideal for a collaborative team player dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and with a keen interest in contributing to the growth and positive culture of a growing company. Responsibilities: Perform installation of Furnaces, Air Conditioning Units, Ductless Heat Pumps, Boiler, hydronic HVAC, Indoor Air Quality accessories, and any other Heating, Cooling, and Indoor comfort products. Interact with homeowners and clients to educate, build relationships, and understand and address HVAC concerns. Ensure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departure. Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the job. Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years of experience working with residential and commercial HVAC systems EPA – Universal Certification Valid driver’s license / Clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem-solving skills What can we offer you?
