YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC INSTALLATION TECH - INSTALLER In this position, your role extends beyond mere installation; you're entrusted with the task of creating optimal comfort solutions for our valued clients. Whether retrofitting aging systems, overseeing renovations, or spearheading new constructions, your contributions leave a lasting impact. THE QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK IN OUR HVAC INSTALLATION TECHS - INSTALLERS EPA certified Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with installing heating and cooling systems Desired Attributes: Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive, can-do attitude Respectful of others and their property Attentive to safety Self-motivated and able to work independently Committed to quality work and continuous improvement No prior HVAC experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate! WORK SCHEDULE This heating and cooling position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with an on-call rotation, no regular Saturday work, and steady work with the potential for overtime.
