Job Description Job Description International Tax Manager Cleveland, Akron, or Wooster, OH / Hybrid Details: Prepare and/or review Forms 926, 1118, 5471, 8858, 8865, 8991, 8992, 8993 and other associated tax return disclosures including calculation of earnings and profits, tested income and foreign income inclusions. Work as a part of multi-disciplinary team helping to provide industry knowledge and experience. This includes, but is not limited to, managing teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects by providing leadership, counseling and career guidance for development and motivation. Build and manage client relationships for clients in diverse industries Advising clients and being responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice by assisting those clients with the implementation of specific international tax structures and processes Researching and preparing materials for consulting projects related to tax planning and considerations Qualifications: 5 years of related public accounting experience CPA certification preferred but only required for the Senior Manager level Extensive experience with international tax matters, trends, developments, positions of taxing authorities and concepts such as, Subpart F, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, foreign tax credits and U.S international tax attributes. Strong leadership, organizational and oral and written communication skills, including Experience managing senior-level client relationships Spartan Placements is an equal opportunity employer.
