Redwood Living, Inc., a leader in the development and management of premium, single-story apartment communities for older adults, is seeking a Director of Investor Relations & Capital Raising to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing and expanding our investor relationships and capital raising efforts to support portfolio growth and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will exhibit a deep understanding of real estate investment landscapes and possess the ability to effectively communicate and strategize across all levels of the organization. Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations and capital raising strategy in alignment with the company's financial goals. Forge and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors, including institutional investors, REITs, and private equity firms. Prepare and present tailored presentations and reports to investors and senior management, detailing market trends, portfolio performance, and funding initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and development, to ensure accurate and timely information dissemination. Lead efforts to identify new investor channels and partnership opportunities. Manage investor communications, ensuring consistent and transparent updates regarding company developments and financial performance. Participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote company visibility and attract investment opportunities. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities In-depth knowledge of real estate markets and investment strategies Proficient in investor relation software and CRM tools Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k CFA or similar financial certification is highly regarded. Membership in investment or real estate professional organizations
